Within Waldeks range of products, we offer general milling and turning parts. Our modern facility counts with multiple CNC machines providing high precision parts for unitary or serial production. Mostly specialized on Machine metal parts as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium, we also work with less common materials, such as Brass, Cooper, POM, Nylon and several others.

In accordance with ISO 9001 parameters, our services are extended over a Certification & Quality program. We utilize the latest technologies of measurement and control to assure the quality of your Mechanical Engineering Components. Every dimension tolerance, roughness and material are inspected with certified equipment and controlled using statistical methods. Under request your part can also be evaluated using Structural Analysis Techniques.

Our Milling and Turning CNC centers are suitable for unitary or mass production and every batch size is welcome. Over necessity of special surface treatments and post–processing, we will gladly out–source with our partners and supply you the final product, without extra steps.

Molding Tools for Rubber and Plastic
